Do you have a physical store?
We operate as E-commerce only. So we do not have any physical store as of now. All our items are sourced internationally. We have local presence in Kuwait and agent in UAE to facilitate any issue the customer may encounter in the middle East.
What shipping carriers do you use?
We use Aramex and Fedex for shipment deliveries.
What is estimated time of delivery for the products?
In general, you will receive your item within the chosen shipping time frame (5-9 Business days).
We carry inventory for most of the items, and we deal with direct sources for other products, if we ran out of stock then we rely on our sources to provide the items and then ship it to the customer and in this case products may take a minimum of 10 days and up to 20 days in delivery.
Other products are shipped directly from the source to the customer and we work closely with our sources to make sure it is delivered within the (5-9 Business days).
In Certain scenarios, we may not be able to get the product from the source and we will inform you that the product is not available and will ship all other items and refund the amount for the missing products.
Are the product’s authentic?
Yes, all the products are authentic and getting shipped directly from USA, CANADA, NEW ZELAND and CHINA.
What if I received the defective/damaged/wrong product and would like to return it?

How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order before it is shipped to you! You can contact our customer support to get status of the shipping and arrange to cancel the order if not shipped yet!
