What is your returns policy?

If you find a defect in your product  then you can return it after notifying lulurove within 3 days of your purchase

Your purchase must be returned in saleable condition, with the original packaging, including Universal Product Code (UPC), manuals, parts and your receipt or packing slip.

What can and cannot be returned

Lulurove does not offer any return policy unless a defect is identified in the purchased products.


How do I return or exchange something I’ve ordered online?

Defected Items Procedure (Shipping company issue)

Contact the shipping company in your country and raise the complain to them that the item is mishandled and delivered defected and it should be managed by the shipping company to facilitate the full refund for the product and shipping cost

Defected Items Procedure (Manufacturer issue)

Visit lulurove.com and Fill defected items form and customer support will share the shipping label with you to send the item back to lulurove after sharing all evidence that item is defected

Customer support will arrange for refund within 1 week after receiving the defected item,

I bought the wrong thing. Can I exchange it?

General guideline for lulurove is not to accept returning wrongly ordered items with the exception of luxury items which we can coordinate with the customer in case by case.

How will I know if my refund has been processed?

You should see a credit on your bank statement within two or three business days. A confirmation email can also be sent to you upon request.
