Items usually require 2 to 3 business days to be ready for pickup by our courier, and based on the destination, the time to deliver the item varies between 5 to 9 Business days.
In certain situations, the product source may experience delay in arranging the products on the agreed time frame and accordingly, the overall shipment will be delayed. Our policy does not allow delaying the shipping more than 5 business days unless it is specified on the product information.
You should receive an email confirming your order shortly after you have placed it. If you do not receive that email, please check your Spam folder and see if you can locate it (Please mark “Not as Spam” to receive the emails directly into your Inbox). This is especially important because if you haven’t received the order confirmation email, you also won’t receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking information.
